Our office will verify insurance benefits for you before your appointment, however it is beneficial for you to be aware of your mental health benefits. Payment of copay or deductible is due upon arrival. We will bill your insurance company and make all attempts to get paid by your insurance company. However, any balance not paid by your insurance is your responsibility.
